I sold 2500 shares of MO and used the proceeds to purchase 5000 shares of PSA/PRQ. MO is up 38%, but the dividend from PSA/PRQ is 6.15%. Time to lock in profit and switch it to income stream.

It's volatile because today's investors are a bunch of snot-nosed kids who watched Wall Street, Boiler Room, and Trading Places too many times and don't know what they're doing. And they're doing it with the nation's money!
